Our Guest Services staff is available 7 days a week to assist you. Our office hours are:

Friday & Saturday 7:00 am to 11:00 pm (MST)
Sunday through Thursday 7:00 am t0 10:00 pm (MST)

Our guaranteed check-in time is 4 p.m.  If you do arrive early and the room is not ready we will gladly pre-register you. We will then request a call back cell phone number to call you back if the room is ready prior to 4 pm.

Check-out time is 10 a.m. Due to occupancy and cleaning schedules, we cannot accommodate late check-out requests.

Come to the Sedona Springs Resort like you would during regular business hours. To the right of the lobby door is a wooden telephone box that says “DIRECT LINE TO FRONT DESK” on the front.

Open the door and pick up the phone receiver; it will automatically dial our after hours Answering Service.  The operator will instruct you on how to get your keys and a map to your unit out of the lock box next to the phone.

We do require that you return to the Front Desk the next morning to officially register.

If you plan to check out before or after regular business hours, please call or come to the Front Desk any time prior to your check-out and take care of your charges; if you checked out an in-room safe key you will want to return it to the Front Desk prior to your departure.  If and when you check out of your unit before or after hours, leave your keys in the room on the kitchen counter and call the Front Desk from your room phone, our Answering Service will notify us of your departure.

Only service animals are permitted at the resort

The Pools and Hot Tubs are open daily from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm.

The resort, working in conjunction with Arizona Public Service, has come up with several energy-saving measures designed to cut energy use and cost.

Fireplaces are turned off from May 15th to October 15th.

The Activities Department hours are from 8:00 am and closing hours varies by time of the year.  From Spring through Summer we are open until 9:00 pm, Fall through Winter we are open until 8:00 pm.

The Game Room hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm year-round.

The Game Room offers some great opportunities for some family fun!

We have the following games:

• Ping Pong
• Air Hockey (coin-op)
• Old School Video Games (free)
• Skee Ball
• Jig Saw Puzzles

The Game Room hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm year-round.

The Gym is located on the 2nd floor of the Sedona Springs Lobby where you check in.  We have the following gym equipment:

• Ellipticals
• Treadmills
• Recumbent Stationary Bike
• Upright Stationary Bike
• Universal Weight Machine
• We also have some benches for other exercises.

The Gym is open from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm Sunday through Thursday and  7:00 am to 10:30 pm Friday and Saturday. 

Yes we certainly do!  You will see several Access Points named “Springs” followed by a number.  Select the one with the strongest signal. The Security Key was provided to you on the property map that you were given at check in.  If you require assistance please contact the Front Desk.

In the Sedona Springs Resort Lobby and the Villas of Sedona Clubhouse there are computers with printers for your complimentary use.

Yes!  The Villas of Sedona has the “Shoppe” adjacent to the Activities Department Clubhouse for your shopping enjoyment.  There are unique gifts ranging from home decor, souvenirs, garden art, wind chimes just to name a few.  There is also some delicious ice cream and other snacks for your enjoyment.

The Gift Shop is open daily from 8:30 am until the seasonal closing time.  Please feel free to contact the Activities Department if you have any questions, or better yet, stop on by!

When you get into the Hot Tub you will see a white rubberized round button, press this once and please be patient, the jets will turn on in about 15 seconds.  If they do not turn on please contact the Front Desk so a Maintenance Technician can resolve the issue.
